4 Keys to Success:
Job Efficiency- Each service we perform has a time schedule that technicians must complete work within. Technicians will be graded upon how efficiently they perform their work.
Job Completion- On most service schedules, we complete multiple jobs in one scheduled shift. We grade technicians for completing the scheduled work in an individual shift.
Job Quality- Every service is graded in detail through photo verification, customer feedback, and deficiency communication.
Revenue Goals: Each team has a revenue goal to complete within a two-week period.
Here are some basics about how the job is done:
Meet at our office to pick up needed equipment and drive the company truck to each job site.
Unload tools on the job site and set up for cleaning.
Clean the kitchen exhaust system (hoods, ducts, fans) using pressure washers and degreasing detergents.
Polish and cleanup facility.
Leave the job site better than you found it and head to the next job.

Other Details:
Job Type: Full-time/3rd shift. Required availability: 7 pm-7 am Sunday night through Friday morning (does not reflect actual scheduled hours). Employees average 40 hours/week. Overtime opportunities are available, but never mandatory.
Compensation: Starts $15/hour. Compensation increases as you progress in the company and acquire experience and additional certifications.
